Shipment

As I am ONE PERSON and have beside the webstore my work and studio to take care , please allow me 7 to 14 days to ship your orders. I ll make my best to ship as fast as possible.

All orders contain a tracking number and you will be notified per email when your order will be shipped with the tracking number .

Estimated arrival times:

• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• Outside Europe: 1-4 weeks

Important:

You might be charged sales tax, customs duties, or other fees depending on where you live.

These aren't included in the price or shipping cost, and they're the buyer's responsibility. If you're not sure what to expect, it's a good idea to check with your local customs office.

RETURNED ORDERS

returned orders due to incorrect address

If the package is returned to me, you will be contacted via email. The shipping fee must be paid again if you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

LOST PACKAGE

I am not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. I am responsible for your package up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier.

We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact DHL to submit a claim.

I am unable to track untracked print-mail and are not responsible for lost orders.

We do not accept returns/exchanges.

I am not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
